Cryogenic treatment is the most important step forward
in golf technology.
Cryogenized golf clubs get their improvement mainly in three
different directions: first of all heads, which will have smoother
surfaces, then shafts will be stronger and, consequently, will give
less vibrations to your hands.
We can use our process with iron, graphite, and titanium clubs, but
no improvement can be found with wooden heads and shafts.
The process can allow much better performances both to shafts and
heads, changing your set in the best and most efficient you’ve ever
Here you are the most significant tested improvements got by
cryogenically treated golf clubs:
Elimination of vibrations from heads and shafts, in order to allow
better precision and longer range.
Longer life to your clubs, thanks to the reduction of wear usually
caused by sand, stones and other obstacles you can find in golf
People with problems to their muscles or suffering for arthritis
found many benefits and a much lighter pain while playing, thanks to
the reduction and different propagation of vibrations.
Cryogenic treatment is allowed by the USGA golf rulebook.
WHY DO GOLF CLUBS GET BENEFITS FROM CRYOGENIC HARDENING PROCESS?
Cryogenic treatment has been an important step forward for golf in
the US and in New Zealand, since it changed normal golf clubs in
Thanks to the
cryogenic treatment, you’ll be able to reach
longer distances, your drives will be straighter without the
disharmonious reactions typical of low quality shafts.
HOW DOES THE TREATMENT IMPROVE CLUBS
Your shafts will be treated in special cryogenic rooms, in which
temperature will be gradually lowered until –196°C . At these
extreme temperatures, your shaft’s molecular structure will
radically change, definitely improving its performance.
About 30% of the treated shafts suffered small cracks in the
connections between shaft and head. This inconvenience resulted
mainly in low quality clubs. Polymers which these connections are
made of, may be built with many different materials, higher quality
ones usually do not find problems during the cryogenic treatment.
WHAT MAKES YOUR BALL FLY FARTHER AND STRAIGHTER?
When the head hits the ball, a tremendous quantity of energy is
generated. Most of it is transferred to the ball as strong push
which allows it to fly, while the remaining quantity of energy is
transferred from the head up through the shaft.
Cryogenic treatment not only eliminates most of the vibrations sent
through the shaft, but reduces the loss of energy caused by the
head’s oscillations and torsions, working for a straighter and more
Cryogenically treated golf balls are a great success! Most of the
players who are using them say that they fly between 14 and 28
metres farther! Some players say that the improvement is around
37-45 metres! Some experienced players said your shots can be as
long as many years ago, the balls are three times more resistant and
the surface remains cleaner. Try with any brand and test them.
WILL THIS TREATMENT IMPROVE YOUR WAY OF PLAYING?
If you are looking for longer shots and better control (who’s not
aiming at this?), stop waiting and try the benefits of this thermo
We performed many blind tests in the US and in New Zealand, to test
the exceptional efficiency of our cryogenic treatment, and we had
